2003 - "Clark County Superior Court Drug Court Grant Proposal," Assisted
Clark County, Indiana Superior Court in resubmitting a federal grant
proposal to begin a Drug Court in Clark County, Indiana. The grant
required analysis of information systems needs which would be best
suited for the program and establishing a continuous monitoring and
evaluation system of the program. In November, 2003, Clark County
Superior Court was notified that funding had been secured. As a result
of the funding, Kirk Klaaphak and myself serve as independent evaluators
of the program for a three year period to insure that the program
is fulfilling it's obligations and purpose as described in the federal
grant application. Mr. Klaaphak will assist with the selection of
hardware and software, installation of and adaptation of the computer
equipment and software, and any computer-related questions pertaining
to the effective administration of Drug Court. I provide assistance
with the development of the assessment tools, determination of the
evaluative criteria, reporting and monitoring systems, and other
related duties to insure success of the program., Federal Government,
( $300,000).
