Student Learning Goals
- Upon completion of the requisite courses for
a bachelor’s degree
in chemistry, the students will have
acquired substantive knowledge in the fundamental
areas of chemistry.
- Upon completion of the requisite
courses for a bachelor’s degree
in chemistry, the chemistry majors
will have laboratory knowledge and hands-on skills
to become self confident and competent and be
able to keep legible and complete experimental
records and will be able to search for and
communicate chemical information in both written
and oral forms.
- Upon graduation, the chemistry graduates will be competitive in the job market and be prepared for, and successful in admittance to, graduate/ professional schools.
