Student Organizations

SEA is a branch of the National Education Association(www.neamb.com).  SEA is an association geared for future teachers that are dedicated to providing student teachers with professional development activities as well as developing leadership skills essential for the classroom. SEA welcomes ALL Education majors including Counseling, Special Education, Secondary Education, and Elementary Education.

By being a part of this organization, members will have the opportunity to volunteer time to their community and play a vital role in making education apart of children's lives.  As a participating member of SEA, members will have the chance to participate in Back Pack Drives, Read-a-Thons, tutoring programs, book drives, and other community events.  In addition to community outreach events, SEA offers professional development opportunities such as a Principals Panel, Fall Conference, and Spring Conference.

Be sure to visit our website to learn more about getting involved, meet our current officers, see our Events Calendar, and viewing our past event photos.

We look forward to having you as a member of SEA!!
