The following steps will guide you to the area necessary to view and remove any holds on your account online through OneStart.
Step 1. Visit OneStart and log in.
Step 2. Click the Self-Service tab.
Step 3. Click the link Holds on My Record under the Registration Services section of the page.
Step 4. If holds exist on your account, click on the desired Hold Item.
Step 5. Contact the originating department to get holds removed.
