Official Transcript Requests

Official Transcripts
You may request an official transcript in person, online, by Fax, or by mail.

To Request Official Transcripts in Person:

Come to the Office of the Registrar, University Center South, Room 107, complete the request form, and make payment to Indiana University for $7.00 per copy.  Your request for an Official Transcript  will be processed (usually within 24 hours).  After your transcript is printed, it can be mailed or held for pick up at a later time  Bring a picture i.d. when requesting and picking up a transcript.

To Request Official Transcripts OnLine:

            CURRENT STUDENTS:  Log into OneStart.  Select the Services tab across the top and click on Student Self Service in the left side menu.  Under Services & Information, locate the eDocs label and click on the Official Transcript Request (Online) link.

            FORMER STUDENTS:  Click here.

To Request Transcripts by Fax or Mail:

Print out and complete the Request for Official Transcript form.  This form can be mailed or FAXed to the IUS Office of the Registrar (Address and FAX number are provided on the request form).  Official Transcripts cannot be returned by FAX or duplicates made due to the security paper used.

All faxed and mailed requests must reflect your signature.

Faxed Requests:
In addition to the above information, please include your credit card type, number, and expiration date; or you can call our Bursar's office at 812-941-2335, and give them your credit card information.

Mailed Requests:
Enclose payment of $7.00 per copy with a check made payable to Indiana University or complete credit card information under payment Information.
