About IASS

Established in 1929 and incorporated in 1937, the Indiana Academy of the Social Sciences is well into its second half century. The Academy is dedicated to the objectives of increasing the usefulness of the social sciences in Indiana while providing an environment in which social sciences from both public and private schools can interact in cooperation and friendship.
