Under limited offsite supervision, by exercising discretion and considerable independent judgment in matters of significance, the successful Store Manager plans, coordinates and directs the activities related to the operations of a Southern Indiana store. This includes but is not limited to staffing, managing performance, leading the staff in the completion of production goals, and working to ensure sales and net revenue are met on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

High school diploma or GED. Three years previous experience in a retail setting with supervisory responsibilities. Must be able to accommodate the schedule of the store including nights, weekends & holidays. Must have reliable transportation, a clean driving record, and be able to travel to other locations. Successful completion of pre-employment background investigation, including random drug screening. Must be enthusiastic and have stellar customer service skills.
