Trover Solution's call center is seeking Part-Time Customer Service Representatives able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, 3 evenings per week until 10 p.m. and every other Saturday afternoon until 5 p.m.
The Part-Time Customer Service Representative (call center representative) receives inbound telephone calls from member insureds in response to Trover Solutions written correspondence. The CSR questions member insureds regarding the details of an accident or other type of injury where potential third party liability is involved. The CSR verifies treatments, dates and other relevant information.
This position offers a competitive wage and benefit package and performance and attendance bonuses
- CSRs are eligible for a production based performance bonus, perfect attendance bonus and escalated pay after 6 months.

A minimum of one year customer service experience is preferred.
High School Diploma or GED required
Must be able to successfully pass a typing test with a minimum score of 40 words per minute
Must be able to accurately enter data into computer screens while talking to callers
Qualified candidates must have a strong work ethic and be extremely service oriented
Knowledge of medical coding and terminology, a plus but not required
Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish, a plus but not required
Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week, 3 evenings per week until 10 p.m. and every other Saturday afternoon until 5 p.m.
Must be able to begin employment on Monday, December 16, 2013 and be able to participate in a 2 week paid training program weekdays from 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m. Daily attendance excluding December 24 and 25 is required.
Extensive time sitting, use of hands, arms, neck and shoulders for long periods of time with computer, seeing to read printed material and computer monitor, hearing to handle telephone and internal requests for information, talking to communicate with customers.
