Logistics Sales Account Executive

As an Account Executive within TQL, you are the primary contact for customers and independent freight carriers, while building a book of ongoing business accounts. Your strong work ethic and firm sense of commitment will drive you to build your own customer-base from the ground up, while you ensure your customers receive incomparable freight service from pick up to delivery. This is an elite position that combines both sales and business development with day-to-day logistics and dispatching responsibilities.

Position Responsibilities:
• Generate new business leads
• Make sales presentations to prospective customers
• Negotiate shipping rates with customers and carriers
• Manage daily shipping schedules and dispatch trucks for freight pickup
• Maintain regular contact with customers to build; develop effective relationships
• Provide responsive customer service; resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently
