G-7. Scheduling of Facilities

All reservations for space in University facilities and on University grounds, except for those areas listed below, must be made through the Conference & Catering Office.

The exceptions to this policy are:

Once the academic schedule is approved, the Manager of Conference & Catering will give priority, as indicated, in reserving appropriate facilities for the events listed below:

May 1 is the deadline for establishing the next academic year dates for the above events. After that date, the Conference & Catering Office will begin scheduling other events sponsored by offices, academic units, student organizations, and non-University groups.
