Advising & Support
Personal attention is the key to your academic success at IU Southeast. Our faculty and staff members take an interest in your goals and ideas, creating a caring and encouraging academic environment.
Campus Support Services include:
Academic Success Center
You will begin your academic career in the Academic Success Center. Our counselors will help you select your courses and register for classes. You will find all the support and academic advising you need before you enter your major area of study in the Academic Success Center.
First Year Seminars
Our First-Year Seminars will enhance your IU Southeast experience and help you be more successful in college. First-Year Seminars are paired with a variety of first-year level courses that are designed to help you improve your writing and study skills, use the library, increase your awareness of other campus resources, and encourage you to become involved with campus life.
Supplemental Instruction
Supplemental Instruction (SI) is a tutoring program designed specifically for IU Southeast’s most challenging academic courses. Using regularly scheduled out-of-class sessions, SI allows you to work with your classmates to make studying easier, more productive and fun.
Disability Services
