On-Campus Housing
Students will soon be able to enjoy on-campus housing, which will be located next to our picturesque campus lake. Construction will begin in the summer of 2007, and is scheduled to be completed by the fall of 2008. Visit our Residence Halls pages to learn more about your future on campus housing options.
Off-Campus Housing
Students can also choose to live in off-campus housing near the university. Download this PDF for information about local housing.
Some questions to ask before signing a lease:
- How much is the rent?
- Is there a damage deposit? (Establish the return of deposit prior to moving in.)
- Does the rent include gas, electricity, telephone, water, trash removal, air conditioning,
and/or heat?
- What maintenance is your responsibility? What does the landlord provide?
- Who mows the grass and shovels the snow?
- What, if any, furniture, dishes, and bedding are provided?
- What is the deposit policy?
- How long is the lease?
