“My experience at IU Southeast has been great! The admissions staff was there to help every step of the way!”

Ashley Stroud
Transfer Student

Transfer applicants are those students who have previously enrolled in more than twelve hours of attempted coursework at a college or university outside of Indiana University.

Transfer applicants are expected to have earned a cumulative college grade point average of 2.00 or higher on a 4.00 scale. Additionally, transfer applicants with less than 26 semester hours of transfer credit are expected to meet the first year/freshman admission standards.

Transfer applicants are admitted to the academic schools at IU Southeast if they meet the established criteria. Transfer applicants who do not meet the criteria for direct admission to a specific school are admitted to the Academic Success Center.
