He currently serves as the Executive Director of College Advancement for the Ivy Tech Southern Indiana campus. He has held that position for six years and has achieved remarkable success. He developed and conducted the first Capital Campaign in the history of the campus, surpassing the original fundraising goal of $4 million by raising nearly $4.5 million—to support the construction of the 82,000 square foot Ogle Hall and the renovation of the 96,000 square foot Pfau Hall. He also has led key campus advancement initiatives focused on planned giving, employee giving, and campus development. He secured the largest donation of land in campus history when in 2009 the campus received more than 30 acres that adjoined the original 60 acres that comprised the Sellersburg, Indiana campus at that time.

Andrew continues to seek advanced education to aid in his work. He attended The Fund Raising School at IUPUI where he completed a Certificate in Fundraising Management. Recently, he was accepted into the IU School of Philanthropy graduate school program, where he plans to graduate with an MA in Philanthropic Studies. He holds professional memberships within his career filed, which includes the Association of Fundraising Professionals and the Council for Resource Development.

Andrew has devoted countless hours of service to civic, faith, and charitable causes in the Southern Indiana community. He currently serves on the Goodwill of Southern Indiana Board of Directors, the Community Foundation of Southern Indiana Board of Directors, the One Southern Indiana Public Policy Committee, the Clark Memorial Hospital Foundation Asset Growth Committee, and serves as the Breakfast Series Committee Chair for Leadership Southern Indiana. He also assists his church, Christ Gospel Church, as an Associate Pastor Assistant.

In 2005, Andrew was named in the 30 Under 30 To Watch by the Indiana University Alumni Association. In 2009, he was recognized as a Man of Distinction by the Community Action of Southern Indiana. In 2012, he received the 20 Under 40 Award by the News and Tribune/Southern Indiana Business Source magazine.
