Vijay Krishna is a Professor of Advertising. He earned his Ph.D. from Ohio University. He teaches persuasion, advertising Strategy, Electronic Media Advertising and Public Communication Campaigns. Currently, his research interest focuses on several projects that focus on "international advertising" and "the impact of the Internet advertising in developing countries." Dr. Krishna also a consultant for national and International businesses in the areas of Online Branding; Marketing Research and Integrated Marketing Communication Strategy and Audit. He received the FACET (Faculty Colloquium on Excellence in Teaching) award in 2001 and Teaching Excellence and Research Award in 1997 and 1998. Dr. Krishna is the Editor of The Kentucky Journal of Communication.
