REGISTERING FOR AN ARTS INSTITUTE COURSE

Students interested in registering for a private music lesson must first contact the instructor prior to registering to schedule their lesson day and time. Please contact the Arts Institute at (812) 941-2436 to receive the instructor's contact information. After speaking with the instructor, students must complete and submit a registration form along with at least one-half the total balance due.

All students interested in registering for any Arts Institute course must complete a registration form. The registration form may be submitted online or may be printed and mailed to the Arts Institute. The registration form can be downloaded from our web site or can be requested by mail by contacting the Arts Institute office. To download and print the form - or to submit the form online - the free Adobe Acrobat Reader is required.

At least one-half of the total amount due (tuition + registration fee) must accompany the registration form. Payment can be made in one of several ways:

By mail: Check or Money Order mailed to the Arts Institute.
In-person: Cash, Check, or Money Order submitted to the Arts Institute office, room 051 in the Ogle Center. Credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) can be made in-person at the IU Southeast Bursar's Office, room 103 in University Center South. If paying in-person at the Bursar's Office, please bring the Arts Institute registration form with you.
On-Line: Payment may be submitted online (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Epxress) by means of the IUPay system. To make a payment online, select "MAKE A PAYMENT" from the menu above.

  • If registering for private music lessons, please contact the Arts Institute to receive your instructor's contact information to schedule your lesson day/time prior to registering.

  • Complete the registration form. You can fill out an on-line registration by visiting the Register Online page. To receive the form by mail, contact the Arts Institute at (812) 941-2436. You may also download the registration form (in PDF format) to print and mail to the Arts Insitute.

  • At least one-half the total balance due must accompany the registration form before registration is complete. Payment may be made by mail by attaching a check or money order (made paybale to IU Southeast) with your registration form. Payments may also be made in-person by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card at the IU Southeast Bursar's office, room 103 in University Center South. Credit card payments can also be made on-line through the IUPay system after submitting your registration online, or by selecting MAKE A PAYMENT from the menu above.
