REGISTERING FOR AN ARTS INSTITUTE COURSE

Students interested in registering for a private music, art or theatre lesson must contact the Arts Institute at (812) 941-2436 to schedule the day and time of the lesson and complete and submit a registration form along with at least one-half the total balance due.

All students interested in registering for any Arts Institute course must complete a registration form. The registration form may be submitted online or may be printed and mailed to the Arts Institute. The registration form can be downloaded from our web site or can be requested by mail by contacting the Arts Institute office. To download and print the form - or to submit the form online - the free Adobe Acrobat Reader is required.

At least one-half of the total amount due (tuition + registration fee) must accompany the registration form. Payment can be made in one of several ways:

By mail: Check or Money Order mailed to the Arts Institute.
In-person: Cash, Check, or Money Order submitted to the Arts Institute office, room 051 in the Ogle Center. Credit card payments must be made online.
On-Line: Payment may be submitted online (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Epxress) by means of the IUPay system. To make a payment online, select "MAKE A PAYMENT" from the menu above. Credit cards payments cannot be taken over the phone or in the office.
