Assessment of student learning is more that just a technique to help improve student performance. It is also an area of scholarship. - Lee Morganett serves on the NCATE Board of Examiners (BOE) and as a NCATE SPA evaluator. As a NCATE BOE evaluator, Lee serves on a team that evaluates one School of Education each semester. As an NCATE SPA evaluator, he serves on a team that evaluates social studies education programs. The number of social studies programs that he helps evaluate varies from semester to semester.
