Perry Brown
Fitness and Intramural Coordinator

Perry Brown is in his first year as Fitness and
Intramural Coordinator at Indiana
University Southeast.
Brown comes to the IU Southeast Athletic Department from the City of Henderson (Kentucky)
Parks and Recreation program. Brown served as the sports programmer and
recreational center worker during his tenure with the City of Henderson.
Prior to his time spent in Henderson,
Brown worked as Intramural Supervisor and Facilities Supervisor at Western Kentucky University.
He also worked closely with the Bowling
Green, KY Parks
and Recreation Department. Brown also brings has extensive training as an
intramural official to IU Southeast. Not only did he train all officials
and referees at Western Kentucky University, but he also officiated at
extramural sporting events across the country at major universities
including; Ohio State University, University of North Carolina at Chapel
Hill, West Florida University and Tennessee Tech.
Brown is originally from Earlington, Kentucky
where he attended Hopkins
County Central
High School. Upon
graduation he attended Western
Kentucky University
where he earned a Bachelors Degree in Parks and Recreation Administration.
