Graduating Students
Students must apply for their degree six months before completion of requirements. No appointment is necessary to apply for the degree, forms are available in the School of Business Office, Hillside Hall, room 214.
After final registration of the student's last semester a degree audit will be done and a letter informing the student of his/her graduation status will be mailed. A final degree audit will be done after the semester ends.
Indiana University confers degrees in December, May, and August. There is one commencement ceremony a year in May. Commencement is coordinated though the IU Southeast Office of Alumni Affairs Diplomas are mailed to students approximately two months after the degree is posted on the students transcript.
