The Journal of Business Disciplines is seeking submissions that are practitioner oriented or on college pedagogy in professional fields. The Journal is published by the School of Business at Indiana University Southeast, New Albany, Indiana and is dedicated to publishing quality applied business articles designed to inform business practitioners and business academics.
Articles should be of current importance and can be either empirical or theoretical in approach. General readability of the articles is of critical importance. (Manuscripts submitted should not be so technical or specialized that they are of interest only to specialists in that area. Manuscripts should be free of technical jargon or should define terms used. Also, manuscripts should not focus on or overly dwell on an issue that is not of practical importance.) Manuscripts will be subjected to external blind reviews based on relevance, contribution, readability, manuscript organization, methodology (as appropriate), and literature review or background. Submit original, unpublished manuscripts not under review elsewhere.
Article formats should follow the latest version of the Chicago Manual of Style. Manuscripts submitted for consideration should be prepared using Microsoft Word™. The font used throughout submissions should be Times New Roman with 10 Pitch being used for the body of the manuscript. Tables, illustrations, and formulas should be sized to accommodate the Journal format (MARGINS: Top=1 Inch; Bottom = 3.5 Inches; Sides = 2.5 Inches).
