About Greek Life
Fraternities and sororities have been in partnership with Indiana University since 1845. Though much has changed over the years, the core values of these organizations have remained the same. There are over 5,000 students and 65 organizations involved in the fraternity and sorority experience each year. These organizations seek to provide members with opportunities to lead, serve, build positive relationshipsand to grow intellectually.
Fraternities and Sororities are members of one of four councils at Indiana University: Interfraternity Council (IFC), Panhellenic Association (PHA), Multicultural Greek Council (MCGC) and National Pan-Hellenic Council (NPHC).
