Reserving Rooms/Media - Checklist

NOTE: You must be a member of a registered student organization with all paperwork up-to-date in order to reserve a room or media equipment on campus.

With your organization, select a date, time, and location for your activity. Also select a backup, in case the room is not available at this time.

Contact Conference and Catering (contact information below) to reserve the room. Be sure to indicate the date, time, location, and setup needs (e.g. number of tables and chairs).

Ordering Refreshments - Checklist

NOTE: You must be a member of a registered student organization with all paperwork up-to-date in order to reserve a room or media equipment on campus.

Contact Conference and Catering at least 2 weeks prior to your event to request a menu and place your order.

Catering orders requiring serving staff will require an additional hourly wage per server.
