GOLD Program

The Grenadier Outstanding Leadership Development Program is designed to help students develop a greater understanding of their leadership roles and can be a source of tremendous satisfaction and personal growth.

As a member of the GOLD Program, students will participate in a variety of service and leadership development programs, as well as other tasks. Through these experiences students will:

1. Transfer theoretical knowledge into practical situations
2. Reflect on experiences through journal entries and integrate lessons learned into everyday life
3. Identify strengths and weaknesses and how to effectively use them in life
4. Be of service to the campus and surrounding communities
5. Develop written and oral communication skills, while enhancing their leadership skills

GOLD members must:

1. Be of junior or senior status
2. Maintain a 3.0 cumulative GPA or above
3. Be an active member of at least one student organization
