VIP Program

The IU Southeast Volunteer Programs has created a program to help award and track our student’s community participation. By signing up for the VIP program, students will have access to our resources and become eligible for various incentives. Students can enroll and report their hours on line. Awards will are presented at the Annual Student Reception each spring.

To encourage IU Southeast students to participate in community service, the Volunteer Programs offers a package of incentives. Once you register for the Volunteer Incentive Program (V.I.P.) you become eligible for these incentives.

  1. 10-49 hours = Certificate, Portfolio & Mug
  2. 50-74 hours = Insulated Lunch Bag
  3. 75-99 hours = Duffle Bag
  4. 100 hours + = Polar Bear Chair

GRAND PRIZE: The individual student reporting the most volunteer hours for the year will be awarded a recognition plaque and a $100 scholarship which may be applied to present or future educational pursuits at IU Southeast in addition to incentives from all other levels.

Hours may be submitted throughout the year and will be tallied during the month of March. Awards will be presented at the annual Student Recognition Reception
