On-Campus Recruiting

On-Campus interviews can be scheduled with the Career Development Center office by contacting Lynn Prinz at mprinz@ius.edu or (812) 941-2265.

Traditionally, accounting employers will schedule their interviews starting the third week of September. Interview schedules for non-accounting employers will begin the fourth week of September. If these times are not convenient, Career Development Center will strive to meet a time that works best for its employers.

Information Tables or Information Sessions

Typically, both of these opportunities are offered during the students' lunch break (12:15 – 1:00pm). An employer can arrange access to an information table in the university's 'commons' area or they may post a specific opportunity for students to review and facilitate an information session regarding this opportunity.

Networking Events

This event focuses on instructing students on the 'soft skill' of networking. Career Development Center hosts this half day event in early spring and offers employers the chance to 'tell the story' of their organizations and inform students regarding the employment possibilities they offer. After the employers present their information – all in attendance participate in an open networking reception.
