The Guest Experience Supervisor (GES) will assist the Front Office Manager in leading the Front Office team. This position will focus on the overall guest experience. This person must be able to assist in other departments as the evening Manager on Duty. The Guest Experience Supervisor will be cross-trained to assist in the Housekeeping Department, F & B operation, Lobby Lounge, Club Lounge, and Banquet Events. Critical to the Guest Experience Supervisor's success is the ability to effectively train new associates. This person will be expected to generate ideas to continually work towards a sustainable first rate operation focused on a high quality guest experience.
Previous hotel customer service experience required.
