Will need to identify and acquire new business opportunities within your assigned territory. Work with Sales Executive to support bid process and follow-up communication.

Internal Sales Responsibilities:
Call (and call on) owners, brokers, property managers and tenants to generate appointments and provide product information.

Handle incoming phone calls and requests for information, sales and marketing material, territory analysis and problem resolution in a professional and timely manner

Endorse the firm and sales initiatives and focus to meet goals through call campaigns, email campaigns and communication.

Perform competitive analysis and maintain knowledge of the building maintenance industry.

Create and tailor sales ideas and presentations based on Sales Executives needs.

Read and report on assigned industry journals.
Call on prospects and deliver presentations when asked.

External Sales Responsibilities:
Maintain open communication with the Sales Executive, which includes a daily review of the sales, opportunities, and summarizing activities that impact the territory.

Provide support to Sales Executive in preparation for meetings including mailing necessary literature.

Schedule Sales Executive appointments with prospects as appropriate.

Maintain contact relationship management system (CRM).

Develop and implement a business plan and sales strategy with the external Sales Executive.

Successful sales and/or sales support experience a plus

Ability or potential to thrive in a challenging and collaborative sales environment

Effective communication skills
Strong time management and organizational skills

Must be ambitious, enthusiastic and self-motivated
