General Description
Under direct supervision, the successful Warehouse Associate performs assigned daily activities related to the operations of the warehouse; works with team to meet or exceed completion of production goals, which includes compacting, baling, palletizing, loading and unloading, assisting in the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function below satisfactorily.

Must be able to accommodate the operational schedule of the store including nights, weekends & holidays. Successful completion of pre-employment background investigation, including random drug screening. Fully use body to sort, lift and move up to fifty (50) pounds without assistance, loading and unloading clothing and/or wares (which may be large or bulky) on and off pallets, trucks, the compactor which is five (5) feet high, balers which are five (5) feet high, cages and gaylords which are both four (4) feet high and four (4) feet deep; lift up to fifty (50) pounds without assistance over-head to stack computers and electronics on pallets to a height of eight (8) feet tall; assist up to four (4) individuals in team-lifting of up to two-hundred (200) pounds. Push or pull pallet jacks or cages with weight ranging from two-hundred (200) pounds to eight-hundred (800) pounds. Stand for extended periods and lift, reach, bend & stoop; walk the warehouse floor for extended periods. Bend over and reach into gaylords up to four (4) feet high to remove computers, clothing and wares. Most physical demands required repetitive movements
