Job Description:

Due to rapid growth in our e-commerce division, we are searching for entry level candidates with advancement potential. If hard work, difficult challenges, rapid change, and all of the rewards that come with embracing those things excite you, read on! Our rotational program will teach the new recruit the basics of our business from the ground up. Trainees will work in several departments during a training period of 4-6 months. During their rotations, these employees will spend time in departments that may include Customer Solutions, Inventory Receiving, Procurement, and WEB Shipping. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, an entrepreneurial spirit, and an ambition to excel at one of PA's fastest growing companies. Operations Trainees will meet with management throughout the rotation to review what they have learned and to discuss their progress towards a full time placement.
