The File Review Specialist is responsible for satisfying customers who have uploaded their designed images via our systems, and resolving issues which require unique and specific manipulation of the uploaded file to ensure proper upload of images and ultimately, to ensure proper printing. This is a fast paced, constantly changing environment which requires a unique combination of strong graphic artist skills and highly effective customer service skills. You will work as an integral member of the file review team, and you will interact with Customer Care Specialists, the print production team, and most importantly, directly with customers via telephone and email.

This position requires certification, trade school, professional training, or a college degree with emphasis in graphic design and 2 years of professional Call Center and/or Customer service experience. Those still in school and working on a degree may also apply. To qualify for consideration, you MUST also have: Exceptional customer service and graphic design skills. Exceptional computer proficiency with experience using Microsoft Office applications and Photoshop to design and manipulate image files. (Experience using Illustrator and other design software is highly desirable). Experience in a graphic design environment, assisting customers with uploading image files, and/or printing experience. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, time management skills, and attention to detail.
