Champions Dinner

As a friend of Indiana University Southeast, you know how valuable intercollegiate athletics has been in the education of our students and in the spirit of our community. Please join us as a sponsor of the IU Southeast Champions Dinner. Proceeds from the dinner will help raise funding for the IU Southeast Athletic Department.

Levels of sponsorship support and benefits are listed below:

Presenting Sponsor ~ $9,600 • Total Cost With Table: $10,000

  • Your name or logo featured as the presenting sponsor on the video screens during the event.
  • Your name included as a presenting sponsor in all Champions Dinner press releases and collateral materials.
  • A prominent sign with your logo displayed during the event.
  • Special recognition during the dinner program.
  • Your company’s logo featured prominently in the front of the printed event program.
  • The opportunity to purchase two tables for 8 people positioned in the front of the room for $400.

In addition you will be recognized throughout the year by athletics:

  • P.A. Announcements (Every Home Game For One Year)
  • Sponsor Night (1 Game, Access To Fans For Marketing)
  • Game Programs (10 games)
  • Grenadier Gymnasium Sign – 3’ x 5’ (One Year)

Event Sponsor ~ $4,800 • Total Cost With Table: $5,000

  • Your name or logo featured as an event sponsor on the video screens during the event.
  • Your name included as an event sponsor in all Champions Dinner press releases.
  • A prominent sign with your logo displayed at the event.
  • Special recognition during the dinner program.
  • Your company’s logo featured in the printed event program.
  • The opportunity to purchase a table for 8 people positioned near the front of the room for $200.

In addition you will be recognized throughout the year by athletics:

  • Sponsor Night (1 Game, Access To Fans For Marketing)
  • Game Programs (10 games)
  • Grenadier Gymnasium Sign – 3’ x 5’ (One Year)

Program Sponsor ~ $1,800 • Total Cost With Table: $2,000

  • A prominent sign with your logo displayed at the event.
  • Special recognition during the dinner program.
  • Your company’s name featured in the printed event program, and name only scrolling on video screens during the event night.
  • The opportunity to purchase a table for 8 people positioned prominently in the room for $200.

In addition you will be recognized throughout the year by athletics:

  • Grenadier Gymnasium Sign – 3’ x 5’ (One Year)

Table Sponsor ~ $800 • Total Cost With Table: $1,000

  • Your company’s name featured in the printed event program, and name only scrolling on video screens during the event night.
  • The opportunity to purchase a table for 8 people for $200.

In addition you will be recognized throughout the year by athletics:

  • Banner In Gym (All Table Sponsors - Name Only - Listed On One Banner In Gym)
