Nominations for 2010 Distinguished Teaching & Research Creativity Awards

I seek your help in identifying and rewarding distinguished teaching at Indiana University Southeast.

The attached selection and nominations forms are for the Distinguished Teaching Award for Full-time Faculty and the Distinguished Teaching Award for Adjunct faculty. I am asking for nominations at this time in order for nominees to be able to prepare files of materials in line with selection criteria well before the submission date. The Improvement of Learning Committee has been selected to screen the nominees. Please name the person you feel best qualifies for each award on the appropriate form and submit the forms online by Monday, November 30.

I am asking for nominations for the Distinguished Research and Creativity Award and the Distinguished Research and Creativity Award for Junior Faculty.  Nominations will be accepted until Monday, November 30, and the Research and Grants Committee will screen the nominees.

These awards are an important way by which the university can recognize, foster, and encourage outstanding performance by its members. I ask that each member of our campus community consider nominating individuals who are deserving of such recognition.
