IU Southeast vs. College of the Ozarks, W 75-60
Senior forward Terence Billups and junior
guard Matt Trimnell, both Southern
Indiana products, each had 20 points as
IU Southeast defeated the College of the
Ozarks to advance to the NAIA semifinals.
With the win, IU Southeast tied the school
record for single-season wins with 30
victories. The host Bobcats, behind their
raucous home crowd, cut the lead to six
with about two minutes to play, but they
would not get closer. Billups and Trimnell
made key free throws down the stretch
to take the lead back to double digits. IU
Southeast shot 86 percent (18-21) from
the free throw line in the game.
Kegan Clark (No. 10) goes for a layup
against the Bobcats.
