Diversity Committee
The Campus Diversity Committee is established to perform statutorily defined duties, which will also serve as the oversight committee for implementation of the Campus Diversity Plan. The Chancellor’s Advisory Council on Diversity (Diversity Council) will continue to function as a broadly representative think thank charged with such tasks as evaluating and recommending diversity award recipients.
The Campus Diversity Committee consists of the following members: the Chancellor’s Cabinet, three diversity coordinators (Sheying Chen – Academic Affairs, Seuth Chaleunphonh– Student Affairs, and Darlene Young – Equity & Diversity Office), Ann Lee (Human Resources director), and Deale Houston (student representative).
