Rates & Payment Plans
We think you’ll find our rates more than reasonable, especially for the amenities we offer. Rates range from $2,815 - $3,775 per person per semester, depending on the type of apartment chosen. Prices are comparable to off-campus housing options in the surrounding community and are in line with residence hall options at regional universities. All rates are per semester and are charged once in Fall and once in Spring. Annual or 12-month contracts also have a Summer charge which is listed below the Fall and Spring rate for each plan.
Apartment Floor Plan A
- 4 Bedroom | 2 Bathroom (4 People)
This is a four-bedroom apartment with two full bathrooms. Each student will have his or her own bedroom and share a bathroom with another student. These apartments are primarily designed for upper-level students.

Apartment Floor Plan B

- Priority: first-year students
This is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment. Two students will share each bedroom and the bathroom and all four students will share the living space. This apartment is primarily designed for first-year students to provide a sense of privacy and yet allow for social interaction in the apartment.

A one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with a full kitchen and living room. Two students will share this apartment and the living spaces.

Apartment Floor Plan D

- Limited Availability (one per building)
This is a studio apartment with one common living space that includes a combination sleeping and living space. The slightly smaller kitchen still features all the necessary appliances and amenities.

Payment Plans
Some students may qualify for personal deferments on their housing fees, meaning your housing payment could be split into installments. Check the Bursar's website for detailed information.
Personal Deferments are available to all students enrolled in at least three credit hours and in good standing with the bursar's office. Deferments split your account balance into up to four installment payments. There is a $15 fee for the first deferment payment, $15 fee for the second deferment payment, and $15 for the third deferment payment. The deferment balance is calculated after all financial aid, scholarship, and sponsor authorizations have been applied.
