Indiana University provides a comprehensive benefits program for full-time appointed employees. Coverage for core benefit plans, such as Basic Life Insurance and retirement, is entirely paid by the University. Indiana University also contributes a substantial amount to elective health care plan enrollment.
By paying preferential group premiums, employees have the opportunity to participate in a variety of other benefit plan coverages, such as Supplemental Life Insurance and Long-Term Disability insurance.
