Three well-appointed conference rooms are conveniently located on the Library's second floor. These can be reserved for official campus meetings. All feature typical conference tables and chairs, marker boards and bulletin boards. Both wired and wireless Internet access are available.

ILTE Conference Room (LB 221)

A medium-sized room seating 8, this conference room is equipped with a computer, TV and VCR/DVD. The conference tabletop features power outlets for notebook computers. While it is primarily for ILTE workshops and meetings, it can be reserved for selected meetings through the ILTE office at (812) 941-2506.

Large Conference Room (LB 230)

This visually impressive space seats 24 and has dramatic window views of the IUS campus. It is equipped with a motorized projection screen, podium, and a wet bar for catered events. The conference tabletop features power outlets for notebook computers. The room is scheduled by Campus Activities at (812) 941-2333.

Livingston Conference Room (LB 232C)

Named after former Library Director Frances G. Livingston, this conference room features power outlets for notebook computers and seats 10. It can be reserved for selected meetings through the Library secretary at (812) 941-2262 or the Reference Desk at (812) 941-2489.
