    The world’s largest academic multi-disciplinary database, Academic Search Premier provides full text for nearly 4,700 publications, including full text for more than 3,600 peer-reviewed journals. PDF backfiles to 1975 or further are available for well over one hundred journals, and searchable cited references are provided for more than 1,000 titles. This database is updated on a daily basis via EBSCOhost.
  2. Academic Universe/LEXIS(R)-NEXIS(R)
    Includes access to a core group of general publications, including regional newspapers.
  3. Britannica Online
    Consists of the Encyclopedia Britannica (15th edition), the Merriam-Webster's Collegiate Dictionary (Tenth Edition), the Britannica Book of the Year, etc.
  4. The CQ Researcher
    Includes complete full-text of The CQ Researcher from 1991 to the present.
  5. Courier Journal (Louisville) online (via Newsbank)
    Access to full-text of the Louisville Courier Journal from 1999 to the present.
  6. Directory of Open Access Journals
    Open access scientific and scholarly journals.
  7. Eighteenth Century Collections Online
    Nearly 150,000 English-language titles and editions published between 1701 and 1800, it captures the essence of the Enlightenment in Great Britain during this period.
  8. Factiva (formerly Dow Jones)
    Excellent news and business coverage, including full-text of the Wall Street Journal.
  9. Funk & Wagnalls New World Encyclopedia
    This database provides over 25,000 encyclopedic entries covering a variety of subject areas.
  10. Galenet Databases
    Includes the Biography Resource Center, Literature Rescource Center, Contemporary Authors, Encyclopedia of Associations/Associations Unlimited and The Biography and Genealogy Master Index.
  11. GreenFILE, a bibliographic database of information about environmental concerns. Indexes scholarly and general interest titles, as well as government documents and reports.
  12. Historical New York Times
    Full content of The New York Times from 1851-2001.
  13. Image Collection
    Includes thousands of searchable images of people, places, nature, and historical photographs. It also has photos of maps and flags of countries and states.
  14. Ingenta
    Formerly CARL UnCover: Indexing/abstracting of thousands of journals and provides tables-of-contents and an article notification service.
  15. JSTOR
    Searchable full-text backfiles of 117 scholarly journals in the fields of African-American Studies, Anthropology, Asian Studies, Ecology, Economics, Education, Finance, History, Literature, Mathematics, Philosophy, Political Science, Population Studies, Sociology, and Statistics.
  16. Knight Ridder Collection
    The Knight Ridder collection includes a 90-day archive of approximately 100 newspapers from the Knight Ridder wire service. The data is updated daily.
  17. MAS Ultra - School Edition
    Designed specifically for high school libraries, this database provides full text for more than 550 popular general interest and current events publications with information dating as far back as 1975 for key magazines. MAS Ultra – School Edition also provides more than 500 full text pamphlets, 339 full text reference books, 84,074 biographies, 86,135 primary source documents, and an Image Collection of 107,135 photos, maps and flags. This database is updated daily via EBSCOhost.

    Provides full-text coverage of over 300 leading scientific, technical, medical and professional journals from the mid-90's to current.
