The IUS Library features state-of-the-art academic technology. Once inside the door, authorized users are able to sit down at any seat, turn on a wireless device, or connect to one of our computers, and instantly be linked to libraries, research centers, and other information resources around the globe.
The IUS Library is committed to meeting the needs of our users with disabilities. We have two areas for adaptive technology designed to meet those varied needs.
Two workstations equipped with scanners, screen readers, and text enlargement software are available near the Reference Desk on the second floor.
An Adaptive Technology Center is under development.
The Library classroom/computer lab, located on the second floor, includes 28 student computer stations plus an instructor's station. The classroom is available as a public computer lab when it is not being used for instruction.
In addition to the 28 computer stations in the classroom, there are a number of other computer workstations available throughout the Library.
