The heating and air conditioning systems are one major responsibility of the maintenance department.  If temperature regulation is needed, call the Physical Plant office.

    Furniture construction and repair is also handled by the maintenance department.  If a piece is broken, send a work order to the Physical Plant and the furniture may be picked up, repaired, and returned as soon as possible.

    Maintenance of the elevators, plumbing, painting, electric and outdoor lighting is also the responsibility of Maintenance.  Any problems with any of these should be referred to the Physical Plant, as should any structural problems such as leaking roofs, or cracked walls.
