Apply for Graduation

Do I have to file an application for graduation?

Students must file their "Application for Graduation" in their school or division office. Please contact your School/Division for their specific deadlines.

For May and August candidates to be included in the Commencement program, degree applications must be filed before March 1.

Degrees are awarded three times during a calendar year for both graduate and undergraduate degrees.

NOTE: students MUST apply for a degree whether or not they intend to participate in commencement exercises.

REMEMBER:  In order to have your name in the Commencement program, you MUST APPLY BEFORE MARCH 1.
