Biography

Hello. My name is Joseph Grant. I am a 24 year retired veteran of law enforcement—serving 14 years with the Jeffersonville City Police Department in Jeffersonville, Indiana and 10 years with the Louisville Metro Police Department in Louisville, Kentucky. For the last eight years of my career, I served as the LMPD’s primary police instructor in diversity, ethics, interpersonal communication, and defensive tactics. I am proud lifelong resident of Southern Indiana and I am committed to using my professional and academic experience to nurture the plumbline of the Kentuckiana community.
