For Students
U Card is your official university ID card and is a necessity of every day campus life. Once you are registered for classes, please visit Campus Card Services located in the Bursar’s office to receive your new card.
The U Card is your flexible spending debit account. From grabbing lunch to buying textbooks in the bookstore, you will have the convenience and security of carrying no cash. Please see our list of locations that the U Card is accepted. To start the process, you simply make a deposit. As a registered IU Southeast student, your account already exists so you do nothing more to begin.
You can add funds to your account anytime in a variety of ways, but online deposits are most convenient! All that is needed is your IU Southeast e-mail address. This works in your favor because all that parents and family need to know to make a deposit onto your account is your IU Southeast e-mail address. You log onto our website and make a web deposit! Simple as that! Then an e-mail is sent to you notifying you that a deposit has been made to your account. This service is tentatively scheduled to be online in February.

Financial Aid Transfer
Have your aid transferred to your U Card account and get convenient access to your funds!
It is simple and convenient! Avoid the added step of adding money to your U Card account and let us do the work for you. You have the option of applying your entire financial aid refund or just a portion to your account. All you have to do is complete the below form and make sure we also have a Title IV form on file for you. You will need to complete the Financial Aid Transfer form each semester. Please read our full terms and conditions in our forms section below.
