University Center North
The newly renovated University Center North bustles with activity. The commons and food court have been expanded into a vibrant new space with some of the best lake views on campus. UC North is also home to the new Conference Center and hundreds of events each year. Comfortable meeting rooms with the latest technology provide a great locale for meetings and conferences for both on- and off-campus customers. The catering office and kitchens are also located in this building.
University Center South
After an $8.5 million renovation, University Center South is more than ever the heart of student life on campus. The lower level boasts a coffee shop, game room, student organization offices, Campus Life and IU Southeast Bookstore. One level up, you'll find enrollment offices, a student technology center equipped with state-of-the-art computers and printers, and the campus administrative offices. The third floor has student support offices, Human Resources, Alumni Affairs and Public Relations and Marketing on the third level, this building offers core campus services and generous lounge spaces for students.

Library Building
Opened in January 2005, our $15.4 million library brings a world of information to your fingertips. With over 75,000 sq. ft. for collections and study, it also serves as the home of the Institute for Learning and Teaching Excellence, providing advanced instructional methods and research guidance to IU Southeast faculty.
Crestview Hall
Located on the south side of campus, Crestview hosts classes in natural, social, and computer sciences and includes the offices for IT-Systems & Operations, Master of Liberal Studies, and the School of Social Sciences.
Hillside Hall
Hillside Hall is one of the busiest buildings on campus featuring classes from the Schools of Education and Business. Inside you'll also find the administrative offices for those two areas of study along with the Regional Economic Development Resource Center.

Knobview Hall
Nestled on the north side of campus with a spectacular view of the knobs and campus lake to the west, Knobview is frequented by students interested in studying fine arts, foreign languages, communication, and philosophy.
Life Sciences
Housing the Division of Nursing and the School of Natural Sciences, this facility was recently enhanced with a $10 million expansion and renovations, including new technologically advanced classrooms, laboratories, research facilities, and more than 40 faculty offices.
Residence Halls
IU Southeast will have on-campus student housing designed to resemble lodges, the five residence halls have the latest floor plans, giving you privacy when you need it and lots of activity when you want it. Each lodge has a large, open community space with a fireplace, soft seating, and large screen TV where students can relax, study and get to know one another. The lodges also have study rooms, a computer lab, and on-site laundry facilities.
Located at both ends of the lake, the lodges are clustered to promote a neighborhood feeling. They are within easy walking distance of all academic buildings and will feature additional parking.
Graduate Center
Opened in August 2002, the center gives graduate students in business and education an advanced atmosphere for learning. With two multi-media classrooms and a computer lab, the McCauley Nicolas Building, located at 702 North Shore Drive in Jeffersonville, offers a shorter commute for many students in Louisville and southern Indiana.
Hausfeldt Building
Recently acquired by IU Southeast, this building across from campus currently houses the Indiana Department of Commerce’s regional economic development office.

McCullough Plaza
A traditional gathering spot for outdoor festivals and special events, McCullough Plaza is easily recognized by its campus clock and popular umbrella-topped picnic tables. Whether you’re feasting on free food during the Week of Welcome or just hanging out with friends between classes, the clock plaza is the place to be for outside fun.
Activities Building
The Activities Building includes a gymnasium and exercise facilities, plus the office of the Athletics Department. Throughout the year, you can see our intercollegiate regional championship men and women’s basketball and women’s volleyball teams host competitors in NAIA level play, plus intramural activities in several sports.
Koetter Sports Complex
The Koetter Sports Complex offers new multi-sport facilities to IU Southeast students and the community. The renovated baseball field and fieldhouse were completed in 2002, and a new softball field opened in 2007.
Ogle Center
The Paul W. Ogle Cultural and Community Center features four theatres, an outdoor amphitheatre, and the Barr Art Gallery. It attracts audiences from southern Indiana and greater Louisville and hosts shows by students, faculty, and performers from throughout the U.S. and foreign nations. Theater and Music students take classes and rehearse in the Ogle on the lower level.
Children's Center
Children ages 3-10 enjoy quality care and developmentally appropriate learning programs in this licensed facility, open to all students and faculty of IU Southeast. Newly added to the center is a $19,000 playground. Open Mon.-Thur. from 7:45am to 10pm and Fridays from 7:45am to 1pm.
Service Building
The Physical Plant offices and workshops are located in the Service Building, which also includes the mailroom and delivery loading and unloading areas
