The IU Southeast School of Education offers interested candidates a program leading to a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education. The Life Science concentration will prepare you with your initial teacher licensing in the middle school, junior high, and high school setting in both Indiana and Kentucky.

The Secondary Program is based on standards set forth by the Indiana Office of Educator Licensing and Development, the Interstate New Teacher Assessment and Support Consortium (INTASC), and the National Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Education (NCATE).
