Message from the Interim Vice Chancellor
Welcome to the Administrative Affairs website. Our division is comprised of several departments which provide a variety of support services to the entire campus community. These departments include Accounting Services, Human Resources, Dining Services, Bookstore, Facility Operations, Paul W. Ogle Community and Cultural Center, University Information Technology Services, and the University Police Department. In short, we take care of the financial, physical, and human resources of IU Southeast. Many of our services are provided on a “24/7” basis.
We strive to provide excellent customer service to the students, faculty, staff, and community that we connect with each and every day.
The Administrative Affairs division has four cornerstone goals:
- Support the academic and educational mission and vision of the campus
- Provide a high level of service to the campus community
- Develop effective and efficient systems to support student and employee needs
- Seek feedback to continually improve services and systems
We recognize the importance and value that we have in helping students and employees navigate a complex but important system of policies and procedures. While it is important to follow these guidelines, it is equally important to be creative and responsive to the needs of the campus community.
Our primary goal is to help our students achieve their educational goals – to learn, grow, and prepare for new opportunities. We will work toward this goal with the highest levels of integrity and commitment. Our entire staff is ready, willing, and able to help in any way we can.
