Have you been wondering how to get a Bachelor’s degree after finishing your Associate’s degree?

Have you been working in your chosen career field for a while and now realize that a Bachelor’s degree is your ticket to move up the career ladder?

If you have an Associate of Applied Science degree and want to advance your career, the Bachelor of Applied Science from Indiana University Southeast can help you achieve your goals. To get your B.A.S., you transfer 60 to 64 credit hours from your A.A.S. to Indiana University. You then complete 60 credit hours of courses from IU.

In order to make the degree as flexible as possible, the B.A.S. can be completed on campus, online, or in some combination of both. Indiana University is able to offer this feature to B.A.S. students because the program is a combined program that is taught jointly by faculty at IU Southeast, IU South Bend, IU East, IU Northwest and IU Kokomo.

Here’s how the degree program works: you enroll at one of the participating campuses, and this campus becomes your home campus, or campus of enrollment. You may then register for classes offered by your home campus or by any of other participating campuses. Your home campus will apply the credits you earn toward your B.A.S.

When you have completed all degree requirements, you receive a high-quality IU degree from your home campus. The Career Development Center on your home campus can help you advance in your career by connecting you to employment opportunities and by helping you develop your career portfolio.
