The IU Southeast Arts Institute is excited to offer Zumba classes to adults 18 and over.
New to Zumba? Zumba combines Latin-inspired music and dance-fitness to create a fun, aerobic-centered, and body toning class. The cardio-based dance movements have easy-to-follow steps that sculpt the muscles in your arms, core, abdominals, legs, and glutes. Join Chelsi Sloan in this exciting fitness program with rhythms including Cumbia, Reggaeton, Salsa, and Merengue. This Zumba class will also incorporate some Hip-Hop!
Non-dancers, experienced dancers and those who are new to exercising are all welcome!

Wear comfortable clothing (including shoes) easy to stretch and move in. No open toed shoes allowed. Bring water to stay hydrated.
The Arts Institute retains the right to cancel a class if there is insufficient enrollment in which case all fees will be refunded.
