Biography

Angelika Hoelger joined Indiana University Southeast in 2012 and she is excited to be teaching modern European history. Angelika’s teaching interests concern particularly the social and cultural history of Central and Western Europe. Her research interests pertain to modern German history and she is especially interested in the history of the city and popular culture, but also in questions that concern issues such as, morality, policing, and censorship.
