Biography
Chad is a Lecturer in Management Information Systems and the Computer in Business at Indiana University Southeast. Prior to teaching at IUS Chad worked for 17 years in the Talent Management consulting business at Mercer where he held a number of Information Technology roles including Business Analysis, Project Management, Software Implementation, and Data Modeling. He has a passion for applying the principles of lean manufacturing to the problems of enterprise data management. Chad’s professional interests also include teaching excellence and applying advanced statistical methods to improve decision outcomes.
